ADHD Art Project
“Making ADHD visible through art, to raise awareness and help people understand it better.”

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as you have never seen it before!
In 2019, following my late ADHD diagnosis, I felt the need to put into images what I was experiencing and what people with ADHD experience, in order to help those who do not know this condition understand what happens inside and remains invisible to the naked eye.
I then embarked on a series of 40 drawings, alternating between strengths and difficulties, which led to a travelling exhibition and later to my book “ADHD Like No Other”.
Presented at several international congresses and distributed in many countries, this project has resonated far beyond my own personal journey, demonstrating the universality of these experiences and the power of visual language to talk about them.

The Book
"ADHD like no other"
A must-have in the library of anyone directly or indirectly affected by ADHD — a valuable book to give, to treat yourself to, and to share.
What if, sometimes, all it took to understand ADHD was simply to see it?
There is no scientific discourse here: the image is at the heart of the book. The drawing carries the full strength of the message, accompanied by short and powerful texts that add meaning and emotional depth.
Accessible and compassionate, the book brings a smile through its humour, surprises, allows readers to recognize themselves, and can sometimes touch them deeply, even to the point of tears.
This book brings together the complete series of my 40 illustrations: 20 dedicated to difficulties and challenges, and 20 to the strengths, creativity, and richness of ADHD.
Translated into 4 languages and already distributed in more than 50 countries, it is used by numerous healthcare professionals around the world.
Although it is based on ADHD symptoms in adults, its visual and sensitive approach makes it accessible to younger readers as well.
Sometimes, recognizing yourself in an image means finally finding the words to talk about it.

The Exhibition
Drawings and paintings that shed light on the symptoms of ADHD
Since 2023, this travelling exhibition of drawings and paintings about ADHD has been travelling across Europe, from France to Germany, as well as Belgium, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.
Both an artistic work and an awareness project, the exhibition is presented at artists’ fairs and cultural events, as well as at specialized ADHD conferences, international meetings and events dedicated to neurology.
Supported by major national associations, particularly in France and Germany, it is welcomed everywhere with curiosity and enthusiasm. The works offer a universal visual language that moves, engages and naturally opens up dialogue around the different facets of ADHD.
An exhibition that simply invites us to look, feel, discover… and sometimes recognize ourselves.
